After 180 days sick, Regulation 28 allows the service to reduce your pay to 50%. And after 12 months sick to zero.

It is the policy of the Met IBB to support the products promoted by the Met  Constables Branch Board & the Met Police Friendly Society. As with most financial products, individual circumstances will dictate which policy is the most appropriate.

• Provides £150 per week for up to 6 months whilst on half pay and £300 per week for up to 6 months whilst on no pay.
